Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 600 x 600 and flood fill with grey #929292
Open Ele9 and resize to 500 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Grass 1
Position towards the base of the canvas
Duplicate and on the copy
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 5

Open your tube of choice
Resize to 450 pixels if it’s larger than that
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Tube
Position so it’s sitting on the grass
Effects, Plugins, Lokas Software, 3D Shadow

Open Ele9 again, if still open, Edit, Undo
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Grass 2
Image, Mirror
Move below the Grass 1 layer
Position so the left edge of Grass 2 is level with the feet of your tube

Erase any of Grass 2 from the right side of your tube
Duplicate and add the same Gaussian Blur to Copy of Grass 2

Activate the Grey background layer
Open Ele10
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Fence
Position so it’s sitting behind the Grass layers

Erase any Fence from the right side of the tube
Add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V&H: 2 / Opacity: 44 / Blur: 8.91 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Activate Copy of Grass 1
Open Ele16 and resize to 175 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Tulips
Position where it looks best so you can see it behind your tube
Add the same drop shadow

Open Ele27 and resize to 100 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Flutter
Position above your Tulips where it looks best
Add the same drop shadow

Open Ele12 and resize to 250 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Daisies
Position over the base of the Tulips and add the same drop shadow

Activate the Grey background layer again
Open Ele19 and resize to 450 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Clouds
Position where it looks best behind the rest of the tag

Activate the Grey background again
Open a paper of choice – I used Paper3
Resize to 600 pixels
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Mask
Layers, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask from Disk
Look for AoRK-Mask-160 or mask of choice
Source luminance, Fit to layer and Hide all mask: Checked
Layers, Merge, Merge Group
Resize by 85%, all layers unchecked
Erase any mask you can see below the Grass layers

Open Wordart and resize to 450 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename WA
Position where it looks best on top of your mask
Change the blend mode to Soft Light
Erase any wordart you can see to the right of the tube

Hide the grey background
Crop away any excess canvas
At this point you can resize if you want a smaller tag
Increase your canvas size so you have 25 pixels on each side

Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Paste as a new layer – rename Blur
Layers, Arrange, Bring to Top
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius se to 9
Change the blend mode to Overlay and reduce the opacity to about 69

Select your text tool and choose a font – I used HandsomeDevil
Set your foreground to null, background to a color of choice
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Add your name and position where it looks best
When happy, Convert to raster
Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Add the same drop shadow as used previously

Add your artists copyrights, scrap credits and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Crop any excess canvas if needed
Save as a jpg/png
All Done 😀
