Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X9 but any version will do
Animation Shop
Tube of Choice
Font of Choice – I used OldTrafford
Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
AssortedMask6 by Dee
Animations of Choice – I used 3 from Pkg14 be René Kunert
IB-EliasChatzoudis-139-4 kit by Creative Scraps by Crys

I used the awesome artwork of Elias Chatzoudis
You can purchase his work and a license from CDO
Please do not use Elias’ work without purchasing a license first.

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 500 x 500 and flood fill with white
Open a paper of choice, I used Paper1
Resize to 500 pixels
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Mask
Layers, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask from Disk
Look for DD_AssortedMask_6 or one of choice
Source luminance, Fit to layer and Hide all mask: Checked
Layers, Merge, Merge Group

Open Frame1 and resize to 200 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Frame
Image, Free Rotate, Right by 5 degrees
Copy and paste a paper as a new layer – rename Frame Back
Move below the Frame layer
Image, Free Rotate, Right by 5 degrees
Erase the paper that is outside the frame

Activate the Frame layer
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer – rename Tube
Resize if needed, I resized by 75%
Add a drop shadow of choice, I used:
V&H: 2 / Opacity: 58 / Blur: 5.94 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Using your selection tool with these settings:
Selection type: Rectangle / Mode: Add (Shift) / Feather: 0 / Anti-Alias: Checked
Select part of your tube to go through the frame

Selections, Promote Selection to Layer
On the original Tube layer, press delete
Selections, None
On the promoted selection – rename Tube 2
Move this below the Frame layer

Activate the Frame layer again
Open the Clock and resize to 50%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Clock
Position on the right side of the Frame behind your tube
Add the same drop shadow
Erase any clock you can see below the tube

Activate your Tube layer
Open Crown and resize to 35%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Crown
Position where it looks best in front of your tube
Add the same drop shadow

Activate the Mask layer
Open Flower 2 and resize to 50%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Flower
Position behind the frame where it looks best and add the same drop shadow

Open the Leaves and resize to 50%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Leaves
Position coming from behind the frame where they look best
Add the same drop shadow

Open Stars, copy and paste as a new layer – rename Stars
Position along the top overlapping the Leaves and Flower
Erase any stars you don’t want/need
Add the same drop shadow

Activate the Crown layer, which should be the top one
Select your text tool and choose a font – I used OldTrafford
Set your foreground to null, background set to a color of choice
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Add your name and position where it looks best
When happy, convert to raster
Effects, 3D Effects, Inner Bevel

Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Add the same drop shadow

Add your artists copyrights, scrap credits and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Delete the white background layer
Crop any excess canvas
At this point you can save as a jpg/png

To Animate
Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Open Animation Shop (AS)
Edit, Paste as a new animation
Open your animations of choice, I used 53a, 55a and 56
Ensure all your animations all have the same number of frames
Duplicate your tag so you have the same number of frames as the animations

Activate your animation
Edit, Select All, Copy
On your tag, Edit, Select All, Paste into current frame
Repeat this step if using more than one animation
Save as a gif file
All Done 😀
