Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X9 but any version will do
Tube of Choice
Font of Choice – I used Dove of Peace Two
Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

I used the awesome artwork of Anna Marine
You can purchase her work and a license from CDO
Please do not use Molly’s work without purchasing a license first.

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 500 x 500 and flood fill with grey #AAAAAA
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer – rename Tube
Resize if needed, I resized by 50%, all layers unchecked
Add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V&H: 3 / Opacity: 69 / Blur: 9.9 / Color: Grey (#232323) / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Open El20 and resize by 50%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Symbol
Move below your tube layer
Position the leaves of the symbol to the left of the tube
Add the same drop shadow

Open El09 and resize by 50%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Red Glitter
Position behind the head of your tube
Open El10 and resize by 50%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Grey Glitter
Position on the left side of your tube
Duplicate and on the copy – Image, Mirror, Image, Flip
Position at the top right side of the tube
Move below the Red Glitter layer

Open El18 and resize to 75%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Antlers
Move above the tube layer
Position so the base of the antlers is at the base of the tube
Add the same drop shadow

Open El23 and resize to 45%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Flowers 1
Position on the left side of the base of the tube
Add the same drop shadow

Open El24 and resize to 45%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Heart
Position the heart part of the element over Flowers 1
Add the same drop shadow

Open El17 and resize to 45%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Flowers 2
Position on the right side of the base of the tube
Add the same drop shadow

Open El15
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Butterfly
Position a butterfly where it looks best
Erase any excess butterflies/bubbles
Repeat if you want more than one butterfly
Apply the same drop shadow to each butterfly layer

Activate the grey background layer
Open a paper of choice – I used Paper06
Resize to 500 pixels
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Mask
Open El06
Layers, Merge, Merge All (flatten)
Back to your tag and on the Mask layer
Layers, New Mask Layer, From Image
Choose El06 from the drop down menu
Source luminance / Invert Data: Both Checked
Layers, Merge, Merge Group
Resize by 75%, all layers unchecked
Position the mask where it looks best

Delete the grey background layer
Crop away all excess canvas
Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Paste as a new layer – rename Blur
Layers, Arrange, Bring to Top
Increase the canvas size to 500 x 500, central placement selected
On the Blur layer – Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 10
Change the blend mode to Overlay and reduce the opacity to 60

Select your text tool and choose a font – I used Dove of Peace Two
Set your foreground to null, background set to a color of choice
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Add your name and position where it looks best
When happy, Convert to raster
Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Add the same drop shadow as used throughout
Move below the Blur layer if it looks better to you

Add your artists copyrights, scrap credits and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Crop away any excess canvas
Save as a jpng/png
All Done 😀
