Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X9 but any version will do
Image or Tube of Choice
Font of Choice – I used Glamorous Silhouette Script
RD_Mask739 and RD_Mask746 by Rachel
Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
Animation of Choice – I used Ani1018 from pkg339 by Rebel Dezigns
IB-JeffHaynie-November2017-BT kit by Creative Scraps by Crys

I used the awesome artwork of Jasmine Becket-Griffith
You can purchase her work and a license from CDO
Please do not use Jasmine’s work without purchasing a license first.

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 450 x 450 pixels and flood fill with Grey #D6D6D6
Open Frame1 and resize to 350 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Frame
Image, Free Rotate, Left by 90 degrees

Open PaintBryshes and resize to 75%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Brush
Position on the left side of the Frame
Add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V&H: 1 / Opacity: 56 / Blur: 8.91 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked
Grab your Freehand Selection tool with these settings:
Selection type: Point to point / Mode: Add (shift) / Feather & Smoothing: 0 / Anti-Alias: Checked
Draw a selection round the part of the brush that overlaps the frame at the top

Selections, Promote Selection to layer – rename the promoted selection Brush 1
On the original Brush layer, press delete
Selections, None
Move the Brush 1 layer below the Frame
Activate Brush and erase any of the Brush you can see above the top of the Frame

Open Flowers 2 and resize to 45%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Roses
Position over the base of the Brush
Add the same drop shadow BUT change the H to 3
Now move Roses below the Brush layer
With your Freehand Selection tool – same settings as before
Draw a selection round the base of the brush BUT don’t select the left side of the ribbon

Selections, Promote Selection to layer – rename the Promoted Selection Brush 2
On the original Brush layer, press delete
Selections, None
Move Brush 2 below the Roses layer

Grab your Magic Wand with these settings:
Mode: Add (shift) / Match Mode: RGB Value / Tolerance & Feather: 0 / Contiguous & Anti-Alias: Checked
Activate the Frame layer and select inside
Selections, Modify, Expand by 10 pixels
Add a new layer – name it Frame Back
Copy and paste a paper of choice into the selection – I used Paper1
Selections, None
Move the Frame Back above the Grey background layer

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer – rename Tube
Position the focal point within the Frame
Duplicate and on the copy – Change the blend mode to Overlay
Activate Frame Back – Selections, All, Float, Defloat, Invert
Activate Tube and press delete
Activate Copy of Tube and press delete
Selections, None

Activate Frame
Open Ribbon2 and resize to 375 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Ribbon 1
Position where it looks best
Add the same drop shadow as used on your Roses

Open Ribbon
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Ribbon 2
Position along the top of the Frame
Add the same drop shadow again
Grab your Freehand Selection tool (same settings as before)
Select the parts of the Ribbon 2 you want behind the Frame

Selections, Promote Selection to Layer – rename Ribbon 2 Bottom
On the original Ribbon 2 layer, press delete
Selections, None
Move Ribbon 2 Bottom
Below the Frame
Actiavte Ribbon 2 and erase any excess ribbon you don’t want

Activate Copy of Tube
Open Light and resize to 50%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Light
Psoition where it looks best
Add the same drop shadow
Erase any light that is outside the Frame

Activate Brush layer
Open Sprakles and resize to 375 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Sparkles
Position on the left side of the tag overlapping the Brush and Roses

Open Butterflies
Using your Freehand Selection tool (same settings)
Select one of the Butterflies
Copy and paste as a new layer and position where it looks best

Activate the grey background layer
Open Stars and resize to 375 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer
It should sit nicely round the frame

Activate the Grey layer again
Open a Paper of choice – I used Paper4
Resize to 450 pixels
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Mask 1
Layers, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask from Disk
Look for RD_Mask746 or mask of choice
Source luminance, Fit to layer and Hide all mask: Checked
Layers, Merge, Merge Group
Reduce the opacity to 71

Open another paper of choice – I used Paper3
Resize to 450 pixels
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Mask 2
Layers, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask from Disk
Look for RD_Mask739 or mask of choice
Source luminance, Fit to layer and Hide all mask: Checked
Layers, Merge, Merge Group
Resize by 85%, all layer unchecked

Select your text tool and choose a font – I used Glamorous Silhouette Script
Set your foreground to null, background to a color of choice
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Add your name and position where it looks best
When happy, convert to raster
Effects, 3D Effects, Inner Bevel

Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Add the same drop shadow

Add your artists copyrights, scrap credits and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Activate your Grey background layer and flood fill with white
Hide this layer and crop away any excess canvas
At this point you can save as a jpg/png

To Animate
Unhide the white background layer
Layers, View, View Current Only
Unhide the 2 mask layer
Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged

Open Animation Shop (AS)
Edit, Paste as a new animation
Open your Animation of choice and check how many frames it has
On your mask image, duplicate so it has the same amount of frames as your animation
Edit, Select All
On your animation – resize to 450 pixels on the longest side
Edit, Select All, Edit, Copy
Back to your Mask image – Edit, Paste into selected frame

Back to PSP
Layers, View, View All
Hide the white background, Mask 1 and Mask 2
Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Over to AS, Paste as a new animation
Duplicate until it has the same amount of frames as your Mask image
Edit, Select All, Edit, Copy
On the Mask image – Edit, Paste into the selected frame

Back to your animation
Edit, Undo
Resize again to 250 pixels on the longest side
Edit, Select All, Edit Copy
Back to your tag image – Edit, Paste into selected frame
Position where it looks best on your tag
Save as a gif file
All Done 😀
