Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 550 x 550 and flood fill with Grey #AAAAAA
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer – rename Base
Resize to 55%, all layers unchecked
Duplicate and rename the copy Top
Activate Base and resize to 105%, all layers unchecked
Adjust, Blur, Radial Blur
Duplicate again – rename the copy Base Bubbles
Move below the Base layer

Reduce the opacity to about 59
On the Base layer, change the blend mode to Overlay
Activate Top and add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V: 0 / H: 2 / Opacity: 56 / Blur: 8.91 / Color: #2C2C2D / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Draw a circle a little smaller than your tube is tall

Set your foreground to null, background to a color of choice
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Position your mouse over the edge of the vector circle until you get a +A) or +T) symbol
Click and add your word of choice, I wrote ‘Slushie’
Position where it looks best along the top of the circle
When happy, convert to raster
You can now delete the vector circle

Position where it looks best near your previous text and convert to raster
Add the same Gradient Glow, again changing the colors if needed
Add the same drop shadow as just used
Note: I added some more text to finish it off, but this is up to you
Delete the grey background layer
Crop away any excess canvas
Increase canvas size to 550 x 550, central placement selected
Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Paste as a new layer – rename BG
Line the new layer up with the other layers
