Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X9 but any version will do
Tube of Choice
Fonts of Choice – I used Dulcelin and Express Yourself
DSB Flux – Bubbles
Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

I used the awesome artwork of Cuddly Rigor Mortis
You can purchase her work and a license from CDO
Please do not use Kristin’s work without purchasing a license first.

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 550 x 550 and flood fill with Grey #AAAAAA
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer – rename Base
Resize to 55%, all layers unchecked
Duplicate and rename the copy Top
Activate Base and resize to 105%, all layers unchecked
Adjust, Blur, Radial Blur

Duplicate again – rename the copy Base Bubbles
Move below the Base layer
Effects, Plugins, DSB Flux: Bubbles

Reduce the opacity to about 59
On the Base layer, change the blend mode to Overlay

Activate Top and add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V: 0 / H: 2 / Opacity: 56 / Blur: 8.91 / Color: #2C2C2D / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Activate Base
Select your preset shape tool with these settings:
Shape: Ellipse / Anti-Alias & Create as Vector: Checked
Set your foreground to null, background to any color, I used Black
Draw a circle a little smaller than your tube is tall

Activate Top
Select your text tool and choose a font – I used Dulcelin
Set your foreground to null, background to a color of choice
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Position your mouse over the edge of the vector circle until you get a +A) or +T) symbol
Click and add your word of choice, I wrote ‘Slushie’
Position where it looks best along the top of the circle

When happy, convert to raster
You can now delete the vector circle

With your text the active layer
Duplicate and activate the original text layer
Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Adjust, Add/Remove Noise, Add Noise
Random & Monochrome: Checked / Noise: 45%
Add the same Gradient Glow, changing the color of the first tab

Add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V: 0 / H: 1 / Opacity: 30 / Blur: 0.99 / Color: #2C2C2D / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Activate the copy of text
Effects, 3D Effects, Inner Bevel

Select your text tool again and choose another font – I used Express Yourself
Add your text of choice – I wrote ‘when only a’
Position where it looks best near your previous text and convert to raster
Add the same Gradient Glow, again changing the colors if needed

Add the same drop shadow as just used
Note: I added some more text to finish it off, but this is up to you

Delete the grey background layer
Crop away any excess canvas
Increase canvas size to 550 x 550, central placement selected
Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Paste as a new layer – rename BG
Line the new layer up with the other layers
Layers, Arrange, Send to Bottom
Change the blend mode to Multiply
Effects, Texture Effects, Blinds

Duplicate the BG layer
Layers, Arrange, Bring to Top
Change the blend mode to Overlay and reduce the opacity to about 65

Select your text tool again, choose another font or one previously used, I used Express Yourself
Settings the same as before, changing the background color if required
Add your name and position where it looks best
When happy, convert to raster
Add the same gradient glow, again changing the colors if needed

Add the same Inner Bevel
Add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V&H: 2 / Opacity: 28 / Blur: 13.86 / Color: #2C2C2D / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Add your artists watermark and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Crop away any excess canvas
Save as a jpg/png
All Done 😀
