Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X9 but any version will do
Tube of Choice
Fonts of Choice – I used Malone, Anteater & Chinchilla
Xero – Porcelain
Greg’s Factory Output Vol II – Pool Shadow
AAA Frames – Foto Frame
Animation of Choice – I used Ani1035 from pkg344 by Rebel Dezigns

I used the awesome artwork of Enamorte
You can purchase her work and a license from CDO
Please do not use Enamorte’s work without purchasing a license first.

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 550 x 200 and flood fill with white
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer – rename Blur
Position on either the left or right side of your canvas
Duplicate and hide the copy
Working on the Blur layer – Adjust, Blur, Motion Blur
If your tube is on the right use these settings:
Angle: 270 / Strength: 100
If your tube is ont he left use these settings:
Angle: 0 / Strength: 100
Press CRTL + Y (this will repeat the Motion Blur)
Keep repeating it until its about 3/4 of the way across your canvas

Unhide your tube and rename Tube
Move the blur over so it covers all of the canvas you can see
Effects, Edge Effects, Dilate x 2
Effects, Edge Effects, Enhance

Activate your Tube layer and duplicate again
On the original, lower the opacity to about 59
On the copy – Effects, Plugins, Xero – Porcelain
Use the default settings
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 2
Change the blend mode to Overlay
On the original tube layer add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V: 2 / H: -6 / Opacity: 51 / Blur: 4.95 / Color: #151515 / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked
If your tube is on the left, set the H to +6

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer again
Position on the opposite side to the original tube
I just used the wing from my tube
Change the blend mode to Soft Light

Crop your canvas to 550 x 200
Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Paste as a new layer – name Pool Shadow
Ensure this is your top layer (Layers, Arrange, Bring to Top)
Effects, Plugins, Greg’s Factory Output Vol II – Pool Shadow
Use the default settings
Change the blend mode to Hard Light and reduce the opacity to 59

On your Pool Shadow layer
Effects, Plugins, AAA Frames – Foto Frame

Apply the same Foto Frame to all the other layers

Activate the Pool Shadow layer
Select your text tool and choose a bold font – I used Malone
Set your foreground to null, background to black
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Type out ‘ANGEL’ or a word of choice
Position where it looks best and convert to raster
Change the blend mode to Soft Light and reduce the opacity to about 55
Rename Text 1

Select another font, I used Anteater
Keep your settings the same
Type out ‘perfect’ or another word of choice
Position over the top of your previous test and convert to raster
Rename Text 2

Select another font, I used Chinchilla
Keep your settings the same BUT change the background color
Add your name and position where it looks best
I used the nodes to angle it slightly
When happy, Convert to raster
Add the same drop shadow as used on the tube BUT change the H to -2 (minus2)

Add your artists copyrights and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
At this point you can save as a jpg/png

To Animate
Hide these layers: Name, Text 1, Text 2, Pool Shadow, Copy of Tube and Tube
Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Over to Animation Shop (AS)
Edit, Paste as a new animation

Staying in AS, open an animation of choice
Duplicate your tag so it has the same number of frames as your animation
Scroll over to Frame 1 – Edit, Select All
On the animation, scroll over to Frame – Edit, Select All
Now drag the animation onto your tag canvas
Position where it looks best

Back to PSP
Hide all layers – Layers, View, None
Now unhide, Copy of Tube, Tube, Pool Shadow, Name and Copyrights
Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Over to AS, Edit, Paste as a new animation
Duplicate so it has the same amount of frames as your tag
Edit, Select All
Now drag this onto your animated canvas
Line it up and save as a gif file
All Done 😀
