Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X9 but any version will do
Tube of Choice
Font of Choice – I used SNF Ambrosia Bold
RR_MaskSet19_4 by Rachel
Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
Anna Marine Tube/Scrap Bundle pkg 69 by Foxys Designz

I used the awesome artwork of Anna Marine
You can purchase her work and a license from CDO
Please do not use Anna’s work without purchasing a license first.

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 550 x 550 and flood fill with white
Open Element37 and resize to 375 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Swirl
Move up and to the left slightly
Duplicate and on the original – Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 6

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer – rename Tube
Position so the face in within the Swirl
I mirrored my tube

Move the Tube below both Swirl layers

Activate Swirl layer
Open Element15 and resize to 45%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Moon
Position towards the top of the Swirl

Open Element39, copy and paste as a new layer – rename Cloud
Position along the top of your tube, slightly overlapping the moon

Open Element10 and resize to 50%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Leaves
Image, Free Rotate, 90 degrees to the right
Position in the swirls
Add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V: 1 / H: 3 / Opacity: 35 / Blur: 5 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Open Element14 and resize by 75%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Ribbon
Image, Free Rotate, 90 degrees to the left
Position over the leaves and add the same drop shadow

Open Element29 and resize to 45%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Rose
Position at the bottom of the Leaves
Add the same drop shadow

Open your mask and minimise
Back on your main canvas – Crop your canvas to 550 x 550
Activate the Tube layer
Layers, New Mask Layer, From Image
Choose your mask from the drop down menu
Source luminance: Checked
Layers, Merge, Merge Group
Apply the mask again with the same settings

Duplicate your tube
On the original, change the blend mode to Lumiance (legacy)
Add the same drop shadow as used previously
On the copy, apply the same Gaussian Blur as used on the swirl
Change the blend mode to Overlay, reduce the opacity to 73

Activate the white background layer
Open a paper of choice and resize to 550 pixels, I used Paper10
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Base Mask
Apply the same mask, with the same settings
Apply the mask again with the same settings

Activate Copy of Swirl, this should be your top layer
Open another paper of choice and resize to 550 pixels, I used Paper4
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Top Mask
Apply the same mask, with the same settings
Apply the mask again with the same settings
Change the blend mode to Overlay and reduce the opacity to 67

Select your text tool and choose a font – I used SNF Ambrosia Bold
Set your foreground to null, background to a color of choice
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Add your name and position where it looks best
When happy, Convert to raster
Effects, 3D Effects, Inner Bevel

Adjust, Add/Remove Noise, Add Noise
Uniform & Monochrome: Checked / Noise: 15%
Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Add the same drop shadow again

Add your artists copyrights, scrap credits and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Delete the white background layer
Crop away any excess canvas
Save as a jpg/png
All Done 😀
