Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X9 but any version will do
Animation Shop
Tube of Choice
Fonts of Choice – I used Back Stitch Solid, Grateful and Birthday
Eye Candy 3.1 – Glass
Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
Animation of Choice – I used CDO Blog Freebie01 by SophisicatSimone
MarylineCazenave Tube/Scrap Bundle pkg79 by Creative Scraps by Crys

I used the awesome artwork of Maryline Cazenave
You can purchase her work and a license from CDO
Please do not use Maryline’s work without purchasing a license first.

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 550 x 550 and flood fill with white
Open Splatter2 and resize to 450 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Splatter1
Duplicate and rename the copy Splatter2
With Splatter2 active – Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 5

Open Pillows and resize to 300 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Pillows
Position on the bottom right of Splatter
Add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V&H: 3 / Opacity: 30 / Blur: 5.94 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Activate Splatter2
Open Frame3 and resize to 350 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Frame
Image, Free Rotate, 45 degrees to the left
Position so one of the tips is just behind the Pillows

Grab your Magic Wand with these settings:
Mode: Add (shift) / Match Mode: RGB Value / Tolerance & Feather: 0 / Contiguous & Anti-Alias: Checked
Select inside the frame
Selections, Modify, Expand by 10 pixels
Add a new raster layer – name Frame Back
Open a paper of choice – I used Paper10
Copy and paste into selection
Keep Selected
Move the Frame Back below the Frame
Press delete on Splatter2, Splatter 1 and white background layers
Selecitons, None
Activate the Frame and add the same drop shadow as used on the Pillows

Open Gift and resize to 200 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Gift
Position to the left of the Pillows, covering the base of the Frame
Add the same drop shadow

Open Flower3 and resize to 150 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Flower
Move below the Gift layer and position between the Gift and Pillows
Add the same drop shadow again

Activate Gift layer
Open Cupcake and reszie to 100 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Cupcake
Position at the front of your tag, between the Gift and Pillows
Add the same drop shadow

Open your tube of choice, copy and paste as a new layer
Resize if needed, I resized by 55%, all layers unchecked
Position so it’s sat on the Pillows
Move below the Cupcake layer

Select your Freehand Selection tool with these settings:
Selection type: Point to point / Mode: Add (shift) / Feather & Smoothing: 0 / Anti-Alias: Checked
Select around the balloons and strings on your tube

Selections, Promote Selection to layer – rename Balloons
On the original tube layer, press delete
Selections, None
Move the Balloons layer below Frame Back layer
Image, Mirror and position on the right side of your tube

Add the same drop shadow to the Balloons BUT change the H to 7
Activate Tube and add the same drop shadow again

With your tube the active layer
Select your text tool and choose a font – I used Backstitch Solid
Set your foreground to null, background to a color of choice
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Type out ‘CELEBRATE’
Position along the top of your tag area
When happy with the placement, convert to raster
Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 3.1 – Glass

Duplicate and on the original – Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

On the copy, add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V&H: 1 / Opacity: 45 / Blur: 3 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked
Layers, Merge, Merge Down – rename Text 1

Still with your text tool, choose another font – I used Grateful
Keep your settings the same, changing the background color if needed
Type out ‘good time’
Position just overlapping the bottom of the Celebrate text
When happy, convert to raster – rename Text 2
Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Add the same drop shadow as used on Text 1 BUT change the color to a dark grey #544C44

Still with your text tool, choose another font – I used Birthday
Keep your settings the same, changing the background color if needed
Type out your name and position where it looks best
When happy, convert to raster
Add the same gradient glow as used on Text 2 changing the color if needed
Add the same drop shadow again

Add your artists copyrights, scrap credits and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Hide the white background
Crop away any excess canvas
At this point you can save as jpg/png

To Animate
Layers, View, None
Activate & Unhide Frame Back – Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Over to Animation Shop (AS)
Edit, Paste as a new animation

Open your Animation of choice in AS
Check how many frames it has – mine has 16
Duplicate your frame back until it also has 16 frames (or as many as your animation)
Edit, Select All
On your animation – Edit, Select All, Copy
On your Frame Back – Edit, Paste into selected frame
Position over the top of the frame back

Back to PSP
Layers, View, All
Hide the Frame Back layer
Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Over to AS – Edit, Paste as a new animation
Duplicate so it has the same amount of frames as your Frame Back
Edit, Select All, Copy
Over to you Frame Back – Edit, Select All
Edit, Paste into current Frame
Line it up and save as a gif file
All Done 😀
