Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X9 but any version will do
Animation Shop
Tube of Choice
Font of Choice – I used Heavenfield
Miz_Mask_137 by Miztiquee
Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
Animation of Choice – I used Ani1034 from pkg344 by Rebel Dezigns
Love Is In The Air kit by Foxys Designz

I used the awesome artwork of Zindy S.D Nielson
You can purchase her work and a license from Zindy Zone
Please do not use Zindy’s work without purchasing a license first.

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 500 x 500 and flood fill with white
Open Element15 and resize to 75%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Feather
Image, Free Rotate, Right 90 degrees
Image, Mirror
Add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V: 5 / H: 10 / Opacity: 40 / Blur: 13.86 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Open Element21 and resize to 45%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Flower 1
Position at the base of the Feather
Add the same drop shadow
Open Element22 and resize to 45%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Flower 1
Position to the right of Flower 1 slightly overlapping it
Add the same drop shadow

Activate the white background layer
Open Element8 and resize to 55%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Leaves
Image, Free Rotate, Right 90 degrees
Image, Mirror
Position behind the Feather and add the same drop shadow
Erase any leaves you can see below the Flowers

Open Element31 and resize to 65%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Heart
Position behind the leaves coming up from behind the flowers
Add the same drop shadow

Activate the Leaves
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer – rename Tube
Resize if needed, I left mine at 100%
Position where it looks best behind the flowers
Erase any of the tube layer you can see below the flowers
Duplicate and on the original, add the same drop shadow
On the copy – Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 8
Change the blend mode to Overlay
Reduce the opacity if needed, I left mine at 100

Activate the white background
Open a paper of choice and resize to 500 pixels – I used Paper2
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Mask
Layers, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask from Disk
Look for Miz_Mask_137 or mask of choice
Source luminance, Fit to layer and Hide all mask: Checked
Layers, Merge, Merge Group

Activate the top layer on your layer palette
Select your text tool and choose a font – I used Heavenfield
Set your foreground to null, background to a color of choice
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Add your name and position where it looks best
When happy with the size and placement, convert to raster
Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Add the same drop shadow as used throughout

Add your artists copyrights, scrap credits and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Hide the white background layer
Crop away any excess canvas
At this point you can save as a jpg/png

To Animate
Unhide the white background
Layers, View, Current Only
Unhide the Mask layer
Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Open up Animation Shop (AS)
Edit, Paste as a new animation

Open your animation of choice
Edit, Select All
Resize if needed, I resized to 450 pixels wide

Duplicate your tag so it has the same number of frames as the animation
Edit, Select All
On the animation – Edit, Select All, Copy
Onto the tag – Edit, Paste into selected frames
Position where it looks best

Back to PSP
Layers, View, All
Hide the white background and Mask
Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Over to AS – Edit, Paste as a new animation
Duplicate so it has the same number of frames as your animated tag back
Edit, Select All, Copy
Onto your animated tag back – Edit, Select All, Paste into seelcted Frame
Line it up so it sits where you want
Save as a gif file
All Done 😀
