Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X9 but any version will do
3 Tubes of Choice from the same artist
Fonts of Choice – I used Stockport Shadow and Syirenata
Xero – Porcelain
Eye Candy 4000 – Corona

I used the awesome artwork of Colourbelle (Karen Middleton)
You can purchase her work and a license from CDO
Please do not use Karen’s work without purchasing a license first.

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 600 x 200 and flood fill with black or a dark color of choice
Copy and paste your 3 tubes of choice, each as a new layer
Resize if needed – I resized each of mine by 50%, all layers unchecked
Reposition them in a line accross your canvas
Rename Left, Middle, Right

Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Paste this as a new layer – rename Overlay Blur
Layers, Arrange, Bring to Top (if it’s not already your top layer)
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 10
Change the blend mode to Overlay
Reduce the opacity to about 44

Activate Left tube
Effects, Plugins, Xero – Porcelain
Use the default settings
Activate Middle tube
Apply the Xero – Porcelain with the same settings
Activate Right tube
Apply the Xero – Porcelain with the same settings

Activate Overlay Blur
Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Paste as a new layer – rename Luminance
Change the blend mode of this layer Luminance (Legacy)

Image, Decrease Color Depth, 2 Color Palette

Edit, Copy, Edit, Undo
Paste as a new layer – rename Color Depth
Change the blend mode to Soft Light
Reduce the opacity to about 48

Activate Left tube – Change the blend mode to Lumiance (Legacy)
Activate Right tube – Change the blend mode to Lumiance (Legacy)
Activate Middle tube and duplicate
On the Copy of Middle – Layers, Arrange, Bring to Top
Add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V&H: -2 / Opacity: 60 / Blur: 7.92 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Add a new raster layer – name it Frame
Flood fill with Black
Selections, All, Modfiy, Contract by 1 pixel
Flood fill with White
Modify, Contract by 1 pixel – Flood fill with Black again
Modify, Contract by 1 pixel and press delete
Selections, None

Crop your canvas to 600×200, this will get rid of any tube that is bigger than the frame/canvas
Increase your canvas size to 650 x 350, central placement selected
Add a new raster layer – name it BG
Flood fill with white
Layers, Arrange, Send to Bottom

Activate the Frame layer
Select your text tool and choose a font – I used Stockport Shadow
Set your foreground to null, background to black or a dark color of choice
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Type your text of choice along the top of the frame
I wrote ‘GIRLS NIGHT OUT GIRLS NIGHT OUT’
Objects, Align, Horizontal Center in Canvas
When happy, convert to raster
Add the same drop shadow as used on Copy of Middle

With your text tool still active, choose another font – I used Syirenata
Keep your settings the same, changing the background color if needed
Add your name and position where it looks best
When happy, convert to raster
Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Corona

Add the same drop shadow

Add your artists copyright and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Delete the white background layer
Crop away any excess canvas
Save as a jpg/png
All Done 😀
