It’s All Blue

Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X9 but any version will do
Tube of Choice
Font of Choice – I used Christopher
Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
Mask16 by Tonya
DD_NM_5 Mask by Dee
IB SarahRichter3-3 kit by Foxys Designz

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 450 x 450 and flod fill with grey #7A7A7A
Open Frame1 and resize to 265 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer
Duplicate and rename the copy – Top Frame
Rename the original – Bottom Frame

Working in the Bottom Frame
Image, Free Rotate, Right by 15 degrees
Move down and to the left of your Top Frame

Grab your Magic Wand with these settings:
Mode: Add (shift) / Match Mode: RGB Value / Tolerance & Feather: 0 / Contiguous & Anti-Alias: Checked
Select inside the Bottom Frame
Selections, Modify, Expand by 5 pixels
Add a new raster layer – name Bottom Back
Open a paper of choice – I used Paper3
Copy and paste into the selection
Selections, None
Move Bottom Back below the Bottom Frame layer
Activate Bottom Frame and add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V&H: 5 / Opacity: 50 / Blur: 5.55 / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Activate the To Frame
Select inside with your magic wand, with the same settings
Selections, Modify, Expand by 5 pixels
Add a new raster layer – name it Top Back
Open a paper of choice, I used Paper5
Copy and paste into the selection
Move below the Top Frame layer
Keep Selected

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer – rename Tube
Position so you have part within the frame, I used the eye
Duplicate and on the copy – Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 10
Selections, Invert and press delete on both tube layer
Selections, None
On the original tube layer, change the blend mode to Luminance (Legacy)
On the copy change the blend mode to Overlay
Activate Top Frame and add the same drop shadow as used on the Bottom Frame

Open Element15 and resize to 250 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Daisy
Move towards the top of Top Frame
Layers, Arrange, Send to Bottom
Layers, Arrange, Move Up
Position so it’s peeking from behind the Top Frame
When you are happy with the position, duplicate
On the original, Resize by 102%, all layers Unchecked
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 5
Press shift +G to open the Gamma Correction
Set all 3 values to 0.70

Repeat the Gamma Correction again with the same settings

Activate Bottom Frame
Open Element13 and resize to 225 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Leaves
Image, Flip
Position so you can see it below Top Frame
Add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V: 1 / H: 5 / Opacity: 30 / Blur: 12.87 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Activate Top Frame
Open Element7 and resize to 200 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Leaf 1
Position on the bottom right corner of the frame
Add the same drop shadow as used on the Leaves layer

Open Element13 again
Click Undo, then resize to 150 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Leaves 2
Position over the top of Leaf 1 where it looks best
Add the same drop shadow

Open Element8 and resize to 175 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Leaf 2
Position over the top of Leaves where it looks best
Add the same drop shadow

Open Element9 and resize to 100 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Heart
Position where it looks best with the leaves
Add the same drop shadow

Open Element1 and resize to 125 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Flower
Position at the base of the leaves, overlapping the Heart
Add the same drop shadow

Activate the Heart
Open Element12 and resize to 350 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Sparkles
Position where it looks best

Activate your grey background layer
Open a paper of choice – I used Paper5
Resize to 450 pixels
Copy and paste as a new layer
Layer, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask from Disk
Look for Mask16byTonya or mask of choice
Source luminance, Fit to layer and Hide all mask: Checked
Layers, Merge, Merge Group
Apply the mask again using the same settings
Layers, Merge, Merge Group
Rename Mask 1
Duplicate and change the blend mode to Multiply

Open another paper of choice – I used Paper3
Resize to 450 pixels
Copy and paste as a new layer
Layers, Load/Save mask, Load Mask from Disk
Look for DD_NM_5 or mask of choice
Source luminance, Fit to layer and Hide all mask: Checked
Layers, Merge, Merge Group
Rename Mask 2
Change the blend mode to Multiply or which ever looks best
Reduce the opacity to 75

Activate your Flower layer
Select your text tool and choose a font – I used Christopher
Set your foreground to null, background to a color of choice
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Add your name and position where it looks best
When happy, Convert to raster
Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V:1 / H: 5 / Opacity: 52 / Blur: 5.94 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Add your artists copyrights, scrap credits and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Delete the grey background layer
Crop away any excess canvas
Save as a jpg/png
All Done 😀
