Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X9 but any version will do
Tube of Choice
Font of Choice – I used 212 Queenie Script
Eye Candy 3.1 – Glass
Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
Mask306 by Vix
IB PinUp Toons November 2018 BT kit by LHD Scraps

I used the awesome artwork of Maryline Cazenave

Please do not use Maryline’s work without purchasing a license first.

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 600 x 600 and flood fill with grey #929292
Open Ele2 and resize to 65%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Ribbon
Add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V: 0 / H: 4 / Opacity: 50 / Blur: 7.92 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Select your preset shape tool with these settings:
Shape: Ellipse / Anti-Alias & Create as Vector: Checked / Line style: Solid / Width: 10.00
Set your foreground to white and your background to null
Draw a circle within the Ribbon

Do Not Convert to Raster

Duplicate the Vector shape layer
On the original, Convert to raster and rename Frame 1
On the copy – click the + on the layer palette
Right click on the indented layer and select Properties
Set the stroke color to dark red (#560000) and the width to 2

Convert to raster and rename Frame 2

Open Ele12 and resize to 50%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Rose
Position on the right side of the frame
Grab your selection tool with these settings:
Selection type: Rectangle / Mode: Add (Shift) / Feather: 0 / Anti-Alias: Checked
Select parts of the Ribbon that are covering the Rose

Activate the Ribbon – Selections, Promote Selection to Layer
On the promoted layer, rename Base Ribbon
On the original Ribbon layer, press delete
Selections, None
Move the Base Ribbon below the Rose layer

Activate the Rose
Selections, All, Float, Defloat, Feather by 3
Selections, Invert
Press delete a couple of times on the rose
Selections, None
Add the same drop shadow as used on the Ribbon

Open Ele9 and resize to 75%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Star
Position so it’s just under the Ribbon

Add the same drops shadow again
With your selection tool again, same settings
Select any part of the star you want in front of the Ribbon
Selections, Promote Selection to Layer – rename the promoted layer Top Star
On the original Star layer, press delete
Selections, None
Erase any of the string you can see above the Ribbon

Open Ele19 and resize to 35%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Bauble
Add the same drop shadow
Position so the top of the bauble is just under the ribbon, with the main bauble overlapping the star

Activate the background layer
Open Ele23 and resize by 50%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Berries
Image, Free Rotate, Left by 90 degrees
Position so part is visible to the left of the frame
Erase any excess, I selected the area to be deleted in the screen shot below

Add the same drop shadow

Activate Frame 2
Select inside with your Magic Wand with these settings:
Mode: Add (shift) / Match Mode: RGB Value / Tolerance & Feather: 0 / Contiguous & Anti-Alias: Checked
Activate the Berries layer and add a new raster layer – name it Frame Back
Copy and paste a paper of choice into the selection – I used Paper3
Selections, None

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer – rename Tube
Resize if needed, I resized by 55%, all layers unchecked
Position inside the frame, with part of the tube above the frame
Add the same drop shadow BUT change the H to 7
Using your selection tool, same settings as a before
Select the top part of your tube, that is behind the frame
Selections, Promote Selection to Layer – rename Top Tube
On the original layer, press delete
Selections, None
Move the Top Tube above the Frame 2 layer
On the original Tube layer, erase any tube you can see below Frame 1

Activate the grey background layer
Open Ele5 and resize to 65%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Back
Duplicate and on the copy – Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 10
Reduce the opacity to about 67

Activate the grey background layer
Open a paper of choice and resize to 600 pixels
I used Paper4
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Mask
Layers, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask from Disk
Look for Vix_Mask306 or one of choice
Souce luminance, Fit to layer and Hide all mask: Checked
Layers, Merge, Merge Group
Resize to 75%, all layers unchecked
Duplicate and Image, Mirror, then Flip
Erase any bits from both mask layers that overlap too much
With Copy of Mask active – Layers, Merge, Merge Down
Duplicate and on the copy – change the blend mode to Screen or a mode of choice

Delete the grey background and crop away some of the excess canvas
Activate the top layer
Select your text tool and choose a font – I used 212 Queenie Script
Set your foreground to null, background to a color of choice
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Add your name and position where it looks best
When happy, Convert to raster
Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 3.1 – Glass

Effects, Pluging, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Add the same drop shadow BUT change the H to 5

Add your artists copyrights, scrap credits and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Save as a jpg/png
All Done 😀
