Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X9 but any version will do
Tube of Choice
Font of Choice – I used merry&bright
Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
Christmas Mask 14 & 17 by Karma
IB Enamorte AOTM Dec2018 kit by Foxys Designz

I used the awesome artwork of Enamorte

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 450 x 450 and flood fill with white
Open Frame 1 and resize to 275 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Frame
Open Element8 and resize to 350 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Leaves
Move this below the Frame layer

Copy and paste Element 9 as a new layer – rename Branch
Position so the cluster of flowers about a 2/3 down are at the top of the frame
Now Select your Freehand selection tool with these settings:
Selection type: Point to point / Mode: Add (shift) / Feather & Smoothing: 0 / Anti-Alias: Checked
Select around all the parts you don’t want

Press delete and then Selections, None
Add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V: 2 / H: – 4 / Opacity: 51 / Blur: 7.92 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Open Element6 and resize 300 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Ribbon
Move below the Branch later and position so the top of the ribbon is just above the cluster of flowers
Add the same drop shadow BUT change the opacity to 27
Now erase the right part of the Ribbon

Selections, None

Activate the white background layer
Copy and paste Element12 as a new layer – rename Frame Back
Erase any that outside the Frame

Copy and paste Element13 as a new layer – rename Lace Ribbon
Position along the base of the Frame (inside the frame)
Add the same drop shadow as used on the previous Ribbon
Erase any Lace Ribbon that is outside the Frame

Open Element20 and resize to 25%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Flower 1
Position in the bottom left corner of the Frame, overlapping Lace Ribbon
Add the same drop shadow
Erase any Flower 1 that is outside the Frame

Activate Frame Back
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer – rename Tube
Resize if needed, I resized to 55%
Position where it looks best within the Frame
Add the same drop shadow BUT change the opacity to 37
Erase any tube that is outside the Frame

Activate Leaves
Open Element1 and reszie to 25%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Flower 2
Position in the top right corner behind the Frame
Add the same drop shadow as used on the tube

Activate Branch
Open Element19 and resize to 300 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Sparkles
Image, Free Rotate, 90 degrees to the left
Position where it looks best on the left side
Erase any sparkles that obscure the tubes face

Open Element1 again – if still open Edit, Undo
Resize to 10%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Flower 3
Position on the Ribbon where it looks best
Add the same drop shadow again
Duplicate and position somewhere else on the Ribbon

Activate the White background layer
Add a new raster layer – name it Mask1
Selections, All
Open Element12 and copy and paste into the selection
Selections, None
Layers, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask from Disk
Look for Karmalized_Mask-Christmas-17 or one of choice
Source luminance, Fit to layer and Hide all mask: Checked
Layers, Merge, Merge Group

Add another new raster layer – name it Mask 2
Selections, All
Copy and paste your image into the selection
Selections, None
Layers, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask from Disk
Look for Karmalized_Mask-Christmas-14 or one of choice
Source luminance, Fit to layer and Hide all mask: Checked
Layers, Merge, Merge Group

Delete the white background layer
Crop to Merge Opaque
Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Paste as a new layer – rename Top
Layers, Arrange, Bring to Top
Increase your canvas size to 500 x 500

Activate the Top layer
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 15
Activate the Frame layer
Grab your Magic Wand with these settings:
Mode: Add (shift) / Match Mode: RGB Value / Tolerance & Feather: 0 / Contiguous & Anti-Alias: Checked
Select inside the Frame
Selections, Modify, Contract by 15 pixels
Selections, Modify, Feather by 25 pixels
Activate the Top layer and press delete a couple of times
Selections, None
Still on Top layer, reduce the opacity to about 50

Select your text tool and choose a font – I used merry&bright
Set your foreground to null, background to a color of choice
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Add your name and position where it looks best
When happy, convert to raster
Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Add the same drop shadow BUT change the H to +3

Add your artists copyrights, scrap credits and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Crop away any excess canvas
Save as a jpg/png
All Done 😀
