Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X9 but any version will do
Animation Shop
Image & Matching Tube of Choice
Font of Choice – I used Hello Lovely Script
Eye Candy 4000 – HSB Noise & Gradient Glow
IB Sybile Art March 2019 BT kit by Chaos Priestess

I used the awesome artwork of Sybile Art

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 550 x 550 and flood fill with grey #C0C0C0
Open Frame1 and resize to 75%
Copy and paste as a new layer
Duplicate twice, so you have 3 layers
Rename them F1, F2 and F3 (F3 being the bottom one)

Working on F3
Image, Free Rotate, Left by 30 degrees
Adjust, Sharpness, Sharpen
Line the bottom of F3 up with the F1

Activate F2
Image, Free Rotate, Right by 15 degrees
Adjust, Sharpness, Sharpen
Line the bottom of F2 up with the F1

Copy and paste your Image as a new layer
Duplicate twice, so you have 3 layers
Rename them I1, I2 and I3
Move I3 below F3
Move I2 below F2
Move I1 below F1

Activate I3 and rotate 30 degrees to the left
Position the part you want within F3
Remember you will only see a small amount of the image
Activate F3 and select your magic wand with these settings:
Mode: Add (shift) / Match Mode: RGB Value / Tolerance & Feather: 0 / Contiguous & Anti-Alias: Checked
Select inside the Frame
Selections, Modify, Expand by 3 pixels
Selections, Invert
Activate I3 and press delete
Selections, None

Repeat the above step for I2, but rotate 15 degrees to the right

Activate I1 and position where it looks best within F1
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer – rename Tube
Resize by 75%, all layers unchecked
Position so it covers the tube part on the image
You want your tube layer between I1 and F1
When happy with the placement of the Tube, add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V: 3 / H: 4 / Opacity: 46 / Blur: 14.85 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Select your Selection Tool with these settings:
Selection type: Rectangle / Mode: Add (Shift) / Feather: 0 / Anti-Alias: Checked
Select the top part of your tube that the Frame covers
Selections, Promote Selection to Layer
On the original layer, press delete
Selections, None
Move the Promoted Selection above F1
Activate F1 and select inside with your magic wand (same settings)
Selections, Modify, Expand by 3 pixels
Selections, Invert
Activate I1 and press delete
Activate Tube and press delete
Selections, None

Activate F1
Add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V&H: 2 / Opacity: 46 / Blur: 6.93 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked
Add the same drop shadow to both F2 ad F3

Activate the Grey background layer
Open El25 and resize to 65%
Using your Manual Color Correction Tool (mini tut here)
Recolor to a color of choice, I used a deep pink

Copy and paste as a new layer – rename BG

Open El02
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Letters
Position above the BG on the right side of the Frames
Add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V: 2 / H: 5 / Opacity: 34 / Blur: 14.85 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Open El24
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Flowers
Position where it looks best behind the Frames
Add the same drop shadow as used on the Letters

Activate F2
Open El03
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Petals
Position to the right of the Frames
Add the same drop shadow

Open El23 and resize to 65%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Ribbon
Image, Flip
Position on the right of the Frames, with some of the ribbon slightly covered by the Frames
Add the same drop shadow

Open El15
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Branch
Position on the left of F1, overlapping F3
Add the same drop shadow

Activate Promoted Selection
Open El13 and resize to 35%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Flutter
Image, Free Rotate, Right by 20 degrees
Position where it looks best
Add the same drop shadow

Open El14 and resize to 65%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Wordart
Position along the bottom of F1, where it looks best
Duplicate 3 times so you have 4 copies
Rename WA1, WA2, WA3 and WA4, with WA4 being the top copy

With WA4 active
Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – HSB Noise

Change the blend mode to Soft Light and hide it
Activate WA3, apply the same HCB Noise, but click the Random Seed button
Change the blend mode to Soft Light and hide this layer too
Activate WA2, apply the sme HSB Noise, but click the Random Seed button
Change the blend mode to Soft Light
Activate WA1 and duplicate it rename the copy WA1 B
Activate WA1 – Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 5
Activate WA1 B and add the same drop shadow as used throughout
Layers, Merge, Merge Down

Delete the Grey background layer
Crop away all excess canvas
Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Edit, Paste as a new layer – rename Top Blur
Layers, Arrange, Bring to Top
Increase the canvas size to 600 x 600, central placement selected
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 5
Lower the opacity to about 30
Crop away any excess canvas again

Select your text tool and choose a font – I used Hello Lovely Script
Set your foreground to null, background to a color of choice
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Add your name and position where it looks best
When happy, convert to raster
Duplicate and on the original
Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 3
On the copy – Effects, 3D Effects, Inner Bevel

Then add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V:2 / H: 3 / Opacity: 34 / Blur: 5.94 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked
Layers, Merge, Merge Down
Rename Name

Add your artists copyrights, scrap credits and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
At this point you can save as a jpg/png

To Animate
Add a new raster layer and flood fill with white
Layers, Arrange, Send to Bottom
Esure layers WA3 and WA4 are both still hidden
Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Open Animation Shop (AS)
Edit, Paste as a new animation

Back to PSP
Hide WA2 and unhide WA3
Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Over to AS
Edit, Paste after current Frame

Back to PSP
Hide WA3 and unhide WA4
Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Over to AS
Edit, Paste after current Frame

Staying in AS
Edit, Select All
ANimation, Frame Properties
Set this to 20
Check your animation (Animation, View)
Then save as a gif
All Done 😀
