Soft Flowers

Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X9 but any version will do
Tube of Choice
Font of Choice – I used Love of Yellow
Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 400 x 400 and flood fill with white
Open Frame1 and resize to 350 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Frame
Image, Flip
Carefully erase the ribbon that is now at the bottom
I selected the area to be deleted on the screen shot below

Objects, Align, Center in Canvas

Open Ele3
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Clock
Move below the Frame layer
Position so the clock face in within the middle of the frame

Grab your magic wand with these settings:
Mode: Add (shift) / Match Mode: RGB Value / Tolerance & Feather: 0 / Contiguous & Anti-Alias: Checked
Activate the Frame and select inside it
Selections, Modify, Expand by 8 pixels
Activate the Clock – Selections, Promote Selection to Layer
Selections, None
Rename the Promoted Selection – Clock Face

On the original Clock layer
Effects, Art Media Effects, Brush Strokes

Now resize by 90%, all layers unchecked

Activate the Clock Face layer
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer – rename Tube
Position the face within the frame, where it looks best
Duplicate and on the copy – Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 7
Change the blend mode to Overlay
Reduce the opacity to 67
On the original Tube layer, change the blend mode to Luminance (legacy)
Still on the original Tube layer, add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V: 2 / H: 6 / Blur: 50 / Opacity: 6.93 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Activate the Frame layer
Add the same drop shadow BUT change the H to 2

Still with the Frame active
Open Ele4 and resize to 300 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Flowers 1
Image, Free Rotate, Right by 90 degrees
Position on the right side of the frame
Add the same drop shadow as used on the frame

Open Ele14 and resize to 200 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Flowers 2
Position at the base of Flowers 1, where it looks best
Apply the same drop shadow

Open Ele17 and resize to 200 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Flowers 3
Move below Flowers 2
Position so it’s coming out to the left
Apply the same drop shadow

Open Ele16 and resize to 75%
Copy and paste as a new layer, rename Leaf
Position behind Flowers 2 where it looks best
Add the same drop shadow

Open Ele11 and resize to 150 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Flowers 4
Position just to the top of Flowers 2
Duplicate and Image, Mirror
Position the copy overlapping the first
Add the same drop shadow to both

Delete the white background layer
Crop away any excess canvas
Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Paste as a new layer – rename Top
Layers, Arrange, Bring to Top
Increase the canvas size to 450 x 450

On the Top layer
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 7
Reduce the opacity to 42

Select your text tool and choose a font – I used Love of Yellow
Set your foreground to null, background set to a color of choice
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Add your name and position where it looks best
When happy, convert to raster
Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V: 2 / H: 4 / Opacity: 37 / Blur: 16.83 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Add your artists copyrights, scrap credits and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Crop away any excess canvas
Save as a jpg/png
All Done 🙂
