Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X7 but any version will do
Tube of Choice
Font of Choice – I used brush-tipTerrence
Eye Candy 3.1 – Glass
Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
Molly Harrison pkg104 Bundle kit by Foxy or kit of choice

I used the awesome artwork of Molly Harrison
You can purchase her work and a license from CDO.
Please do not use Molly’s work without purchasing a license first.

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 400 x 400 and flood fill with white
Open Frame 4 and resize to 350 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Frame
Apply a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V&H: 2 / Opacity: 56 / Blur: 3.96 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Checked

Open a paper of choice – I used paper 7
Reesize to 400 pixels
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Paper
Move below the Frame Shadow layer on your layer palette

Select your magic wand with these settings:
Mode: Add (Shift) / Match Mode: RGB Value / Tolerance & Feather: 0 / Contiguous & Anti-Alias: Checked
Activate your Frame layer and click inside each frame
Selections, Modify, Expand by 4 pixels
Selections, Invert
Activate your paper layer and press delete
Selections, None

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer – rename Orig Tube
You want the face in frames 3 & 4
When happy with the placement of your tube, Duplicate
Rename the copy – Copy Tube
Working on Copy Tube – Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 6.5
Change the blend mode to Overlay
Activate your paper layer, Selections, All, Float, Defloat, Invert
Press delete on both your Orig Tube and Copy Tube layers
Selections, None

Grab your magic wand again – same settings as before
Activate your Frame layer
Click inside the first and last frame
Selections, Modify, Expand by 4 pixels
Press delete on both your Orig Tube and Copy Tube layers
Selections, None

Activate the Frame again
Click inside the 2nd frame from the left
Selections, Modify, Expand by 4 pixels
Press delete on Copy Tube
Activate Orig Tube and Selections, Promote Selection to layer
On the Orig Tube layer press delete
Selections, None
On the promoted layer change the blend mode to Luminance (Legacy)

Open Element 35 and resize to 300 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Wire
Position so the left hand edge of the wire is inside the first frame on the left
Erase any wire that is outside of the first 2 frames on the left
Change the blend mode to Luminance (legacy) and lower the opacity to 59

Open Element 26 and resize to 350 pixels high
Set your foreground color to #48AA99
Select your Change To Target brush and change the color of element 26
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Swirl 1
Duplicate and hide the copy
On Swirl 1, position part in the 5th frame
Erase any swirl outside frame 5
Change the blend mode to Multiply

Unhide your copy of Swirl 1 – rename Swirl 2
Image, Free Rotate, 90 degrees left
Position so part of it is above the fame at the top
Duplicate and hide the copy
On Swirl 2, erase any swirl you can see below the bottom of the frame

Unhide the Copy and Image, Mirror
Move down so its showing at the bottom of the frame
Erase any swirl you can see above the frame
Layers, Merge, Merge Down
Rename Swirl 2
Move down on your layer palette so it’s below the Paper layer

Open Element 5
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Back Flower
Move below the Swirl 2 layer on your layer palette
Duplicate and on the copy – Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 6.5
Lower the opacity to 69

Activate your frame layer
Open Element 15 and resize to 300 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Sparkles
Position so its sits round your tube
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 1

Open Element 4 and resize to 100 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Top Flower
Position where it looks best and apply the same drop shadow as we used on the frame
You can uncheck shadow on new layer if you want

Select your text tool and choose a font
Set your foreground to null, Background set to paper 7
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Add your name
Use the nodes to stretch/angle text if required
When happy, Convert to raster
Effects, 3D Effects, Inner Bevel

Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 3.1 – Glass

Apply the same drop shadow again

Add your artists copyrights, scrap credits and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Delete the white background layer
Crop away any excess canvas
Save as a jpng/png
All Done 🙂
