Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X9 but any version will do
Tube of Choice
Font of Choice – I used Piko
MuRa’s Meister – Copies
Toadies – What Are You?
Tramages – Tow The Line
Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
BigMask019 by Vix

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 200 x 200 and flood fill with white
Selections, All, Modify, Contract by 5 pixels
Press delete and keep selected
Selections, Modify, Contract by 5 pixels and flood fill with white again
Keep Selected
Selections, Modify, Contract by 2 pixels
Press delete and Selections, None
Rename this layer Frame 1

Image, Increase Canvas Size to 450 x 450, central placement selected
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer – rename BG 1
Duplicate and rename the copy Tube 1
Move Frame 1 to the top of the layer palette

Activate BG 1
Effects, Plugins, MuRa’s Meister – Copies
Use the Wallpaper Rotate at default settings

Adjust, Blur, Radial Blur

Effects, Texture Effects, Mosaic -Antique

Activate Tube 1
Position the part you want within the Frame
Activate the Frame layer
Select your Magic Wand with these settings:
Mode: Add (shift) / Match Mode: RGB Value / Tolerance & Feather: 0 / Contiguous & Anti-Alias: Checked
Select in between the two sections of the frame
Selections, Modify, Expand by 2 pixels
Activate BG 1 – Selections, Promote Selection to Layer
Selections, None
Rename the Promoted Selection – Frame Outer
Move this layer so it’s directly below the Frame layer

Activate the Frame again
Click on the main part of the frame with your magic wand – same settings as before
Selections, Modify, Expand by 2 pixels
Selections, Invert
Press delete on BG 1 and Tube 1 layers
Selections, None

Activate BG 1 and duplicate
Move Copy of BG 1 above Tube 1 and below Frame Outer
Change the blend mode to Overlay and reduce the opacity to about 55

Activate the Frame and add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V&H: 2 / Opacity: 40 / Blur: 2.97 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Duplicate the Frame – rename the copy Frame 2
Hide Frame 2 for now
Activate Frame – Layers, Merge, Merge Visible – rename Frame 1

Unhide Frame 2, resize by 85%, all layers unchecked
Move it over to one side so it’s covering part of Frame 1
I added a colored layer so you could see the frame position better

Copy and paste your tube again as a new layer – rename BG 2
Duplicate and rename the copy – Tube 2

On BG 2
Apply the same MuRa’s Mesiter Copies as used on BG 1
Adjust, Blur, Motion Blur

Effects, Texture Effects, Mosaic – Glass

Activate Tube 2 and position the part you want inside Frame 2
Duplicate and on the original add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V: 2 / H: -6 / Opacity: 40 / Blur: 2.97 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

On the copy of Tube 2
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 15
Change the blend mode to Overlay

Activate Frame 2
Select in between the two sections of the frame
Selections, Modify, Expand by 2 pixels
Activate BG 2 – Selections, Promote Selection to Layer
Selections, None
Rename the Promoted Selection – Frame 2 Outer
Move this layer so it’s directly below the Frame layer

Activate the Frame again
Click on the main part of the frame with your magic wand – same settings as before
Selections, Modify, Expand by 2 pixels
Selections, Invert
Press delete on BG 2, Tube 2 and Copy of Tube 2 layers
Selections, None

Hide Frame 1 and any layer you may have flood filled
Layers, Merge, Merge Visible – rename Frame 2

Activate Frame 1, duplicate and rename the copy Frame 3
Resize by 75% and position where it looks best
I moved mine to the top left and below Frame 1

Activate Frame 3 and duplicate again – rename Frame 4
Resize by 75% again
Position where it looks best, I put mine bottom left above Frame 1

Activate Frame 2 and duplicate
Resize by 65% and position where it looks best
I put mine bottom right of Frame 2

Crop all excess canvas away
Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Paste as a new layer – rename Merged 1
Duplicate and rename the copy Merged 2
Increase the canvas size to 450 x 450, central placement selected

Activate Merged 1
Layers, Arrange, Send to Bottom
Set your foreground and background to white
Effects, Plugins, Toadies – What Are You?

Position between the layers where you think it looks best

Activate Merged 2
Layers, Arrange, Bring to Top
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 10
Effects, Plugins, Tramages – Tow The Line

Change the blend mode to Overlay and reduce the opacity until you are happy, I set mine to 26
Position Merged 2 between whatever layers you think it looks best

Add a new raster layer and flood fill with a complimentary color
Layers, Arrange, Send to Bottom
Layers, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask from Disk
Look for Vix_BigMask019 or mask of choice
Source luminance, Fit to layer and Hide all mask: Checked
Layers, Merge, Merge Group

Activate the top layer
Select your text tool and choose a font – I used Piko
Set your foreground to null and your background to a color of choice
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Add your name and position where it looks best
When happy, convert to raster
Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Now add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V: 2 / H: 6 / Opacity; 40 / BLur: 2.97 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Add your artists copyrights and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Crop away any excess canvas
Save as a jpg/png
All Done 😀
