Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 450 x 450 and flood fill with grey #929292
Open ele29 and resize to 325 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename BG
Duplicate and on the copy – Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 7
On the original – add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V: 2 / H: 4 / Opacity: 50 / Blur: 10.89 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Copy and paste ele8 as a new layer – rename Heart
Add the same drop shadow as used on the BG
Open ele3 and resize to 375 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Grass
Position so the bottom edge of the grass is level with the bottom of the heart
Duplicate the grass and on the original, apply the same Gaussian Blur as used on the Copy of BG
On the Copy of Grass add the same drop shadow BUT change the V to 0

Open ele7 and resize to 375 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Cloud
Image, Flip and position along the top of the Heart
Make sure the Cloud is above the Heart layer on your layer palette

Grab your selection tool with these settings:
Selection type: Rectangle / Mode: Add (Shift) / Feather: 0 / Anti-Alias: Checked
Select part of the Heart that is hidden by the cloud

Activate the Heart layer – Selections, Promote Selection to Layer
Rename Top Heart
On the original, press delete
Selections, None
Move Top Heart above Cloud on the layer palette

Activate Copy of BG
Open ele33 and resize to 375 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Pads
Move below both Grass layers and position so only some of the pads are visible
Erase any pads you can see to either side of the Grass
I selected the area to be deleted

Duplicate and on the copy, apply the same Gaussian Blur as used previously
On the original, apply the same drop shadow as used on Copy of Grass

Open ele34 and resize to 375 pixels wide
Grab your selection tool and select the top half of the Fence
Selections, Modify, Feather by 25 pixels
Selections, Invert
Using your Manual Color Correction Tool (mini tut here)
Recolor to a dark complimentary color

Selection, Invert again
Now recolor the other half to a lighter complimentary color

Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Fence
Position where it looks best and add the same drop shadow as just used

Open ele18 and resize to 375 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Floor
Grab your Pick/Deform tool
Holding down the CRTL key, drag the top section in towards the middle of the canvas

Move it down on your layer palette so it’s below the Heart layer
Now using your Pick/Deform tool again, reshape it so it’s angled

Duplicate and on the original, apply a Gaussian Blur with a radius of 2
On the copy, press Shift +G to open the Gamma Correction
Set all 3 values to 0.70

Grab your selection tool again
Draw a selection along the flat bottom edge of the grass

Apply a Gaussian Blur with a radius of 8
Selections, None
This should soften the bottom edge of the Grass
