Open ele5 and reszie to 85%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Splatter
Duplicate and on the copy – Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 3

Open frame04 and resize to 85%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Frame

Add a new raster – name it Frame Fill

Move the Frame Fill below the Frame layer

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer – rename Fill Tube
Position so part of the tube is within the first section of the frame
Duplicate and Image, Mirror
Reposition if needed
When happy with the position – Layers, Merge, Merge Down
Now erase any Fill Tube that is either outside the frame or inside the middle section

Select your Freehand Selection tool with these settings:
Selection type: Point to point / Mode: Add (shift) / Feather & Smoothing: 0 / Anti-Alias: Checked

Activate the Cream layer – Selections, Promote Selection to Layer

Rename the Promoted Selection – Top Cream
Move this above the Strawberry layer
Add the same drop shadow to your strawberry layer as used on the frame
