The Garden

Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X9 but any version will do
Tube of Choice
Fonts of Choice – I used Mudhisa Sans and Northern Downpour
Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
IB MollyHarrison May2019 BT kit by Foxys Designz

I used the awesome artwork of Anna Marine
You can purchase her work and a license from CDO
Please do not use Anna’s work without purchasing a license first.

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 600 x 225 and flood fill with white
Open Frame1
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Bottom Edge
Position the top of the frame along the bottom of the canvas

Duplicate and Image, Flip, Image, Mirror
Rename Top Edge
Apply a drop shadow of choice to both layers – I used:
V: 2 / H: 4 / Opacity: 50 / Blur: 6.93 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked
Move the Top Edge below Bottom Edge on the layer palette

Activate the white background layer
Copy and paste a paper of choice as a new layer – rename BG
I used Paper5

Open Element18, copy and paste as a new layer – rename Stars
Lower the opacity to 57

Open Element17, copy and paste as a new layer – rename Moon
Position on the left side where it looks best
Add the same drop shadow as used on the Edges

Activate Top Edge
Open Element2, copy and paste as a new layer – rename Tree
Position over the moon
Add the same drop shadow

Open Element12 and resize to 325 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Moss
Image, Mirror
Position on the right side where it looks best

Open Element19, copy and paste as a new layer – rename Sparkles
Position over the Moss

Activate Top Edge
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer – rename Tube
Image, Mirror
Resize if needed, I resized to 85%, all layers unchecked
Position so it’s partially hidden behind the Moss
Add the same drop shadow

Activate Bottom Edge
Select your text tool and choose a font – I used Mudhisa Sans
Set your foreground to null, background to a color of choice
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Add your text of choice, I wrote ‘EVERYBODIES GONE TO THE GARDEN’
Position where it looks best and convert to raster, rename Wordart
Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Add the same drop shadow as used previously

Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Paste as a new layer – rename Blur
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 20
Change the blend mode to Overlay and reduce the opacity to 85

Add a new raster layer – name it Frame
Flood fill with black
Selections, All, Modify, Contract by 2
Press delete and Selections, None
Duplicate and on the original, apply the same Gaussian Blur as used before

Activate Copy of Frame
Select your text tool and choose another font – I used Northern Downpour
Keep your setting as they were before, changing the background color if required
Add your name and position where it looks best
When happy, convert to raster
Add the same Gradient Glow as used on Wordart, changing the color if required
Add the same drop shadow

Add your artists copyrights, scrap credits and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Save as jpg/png
All Done
