Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X9 but any version will do
Tube of Choice
Font of Choice – I used Flawless Fairytale 2
MuRa’s Meister – Copies
Toadies – What are You?
Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
Filters Unlimited – Paper Textures
RD Mask 794 & 795 by Rachel

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 650 x 650 and flood fill with grey #7A7A7A
Open Frame3 and resize to 550 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Frame
Open El06 and resize to 50%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Flower Frame
Effects, Plugins, MuRa’s Meister – Copies
Choose the Encircle preset with these settings:

Add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V: 2 / H: 7 / Opacity: 41 / Blur: 6.93 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked
Move this layer below the Frame

Ensure Flower Frame is the active layer
Copy and paste a paper of choice as a new layer – I used Paper6
Rename Frame Fill
Position the paper where it looks best within the Frame
Activate Frame and grab your Magic Wand with these settings:
Mode: Add (shift) / Match Mode: RGB Value / Tolerance & Feather: 0 / Contiguous & Anti-Alias: Checked
Select inside the Frame
Selections, Modify, Expand by 5 pixels
Selections, Invert and on the Frame Fill press delete
Selections, None

Open El12
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Hands
Add the same drop shadow
Position so the hands are inside the Frame
Activate Frame Fill – Selections, All, Float, Defloat
Selections, Invert and press delete on the Hands layer
Selections, None

Activate the Frame
Open El15 and resize to 50%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Rose
Position on the bottom right of the Frame
Duplicate and on the copy – Image, Mirror
Add the same drop shadow to both Rose layers

Open El10 and resize to 65%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Flower
Position between the 2 roses at the bottom of the Frame
Add the same drop shadow

Open El02 and resize to 65%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Heart
Position over the left side Rose
Move below the Rose layer, so the bottom part of the heart is hidden

Add the same drop shadow

Open El14
Select your Selection Tool with these settings:
Selection type: Rectangle / Mode: Add (Shift) / Feather: 0 / Anti-Alias: Checked
Draw a selection round one of the feathers

Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Feather
Position where it looks best, I placed it over the heart
Add the same drop shadow

Activate Flower
Open El01 and resize to 50%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Bow
Position over the Flower and add the same drop shadow

Open El07 and resize to 75%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Dangle
Position on the right side of the frame with the top star above the Frame

Add the same drop shadow
Now erase the top star and ring, I selected the area to be deleted

Activate Feather layer
Copy and paste El21 as a new layer – rename Clock
Position so the clock is partially hidden by the flowers and the base of the Frame

Add the same drop shadow
Now using your selection tool, with the same settings
Select the top part just below the Frame

Selections, Promote Selection to Layer
On the original layer, press delete
Selections, None
Move the Promoted Selection down below the Frame
Now erase any you can see outside the frame – I selected the area to be deleted

Activate Frame Fill
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer – rename Tube
Position within the Frame where it looks best
Duplicate and on the copy – Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 10
Change the blend mode to Overlay and reduce the opacity to 73
On the original tube, change the blend mode to Luminance (Legacy) and reduce the opacity to 89

Activate the grey background layer
Open a paper of choice – I used Paper6
Resize to 650 pixels
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Mask
Layers, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask from Disk
Look for RD_Mask794 or a mask of choice
Source luminance, Fit to layer and Hide all mask: Checked
Layers, Merge, Merge Group

Open another paper of choice – I used Paper5
Resize to 650 pixels
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Mask
Layers, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask from Disk
Look for RD_Mask795 or a mask of choice
Source luminance, Fit to layer and Hide all mask: Checked
Layers, Merge, Merge Group
Resize to 85%, all layers unchecked

Activate the top layer
Open Wordart
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Wordart
Position where it looks best
Using your Manual Color Correction tool (mini tut here)
Recolor to #B7AEAC

Set your foreground and background to the same color you just made your wordart
Duplicate and on the original – Effects, Plugins, Toadies – What are You?
Set both values to 12

Activate the Copy of Wordart and duplicate again
On the original copy (the middle one)
Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 2
On the top copy – Effects, 3D Effects, Inner Bevel

Adjust, Add/Remove Noise, Add Noise
Gaussian & Monochrome: Checked / Noise: 10%
Reduce the opacity to 71

Delete the grey background layer
Layers, Merge, Merge Visible to a New Layer
Ensure the Merged layer is the top layer – Layers, Arrange, Bring to Top
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 2
Effects, Plugins, <I.C.Net Software>, Filters Unlimited – Paper Textures
Choose a texture of choice, these are the settings I used:

Change the blend mode to Soft Light and reduce the opacity to 61

Select your text tool and choose a font – I used Flawless Fairytale 2
Set your foreground to null, Background to a color of choice
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Add your name and position where it looks best
When happy, Convert to raster
Duplicate and on the original – Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Duplicate again and on the original apply the same Toadies – What Are You? as before
On the middle layer, apply a Gaussian Blur with a radius of 2
On the top copy, reduce the opacity to 71

Add your artists copyrights, scrap credits and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Crop away any excess canvas
Save as jpg/png
All Done 😀
