Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 500 x 500 and flood fill with white
Open your image of choice and resize to 300 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Image
Selections, All, Float, Defloat
Activate the white background layer
Selections, Promote Selection to Layer
Selections, Modify, Contract by 2 pixels and press delete

Move the Promoted Selection above the Image layer
Add a drop shadow of choice – I used:

Repeat the drop shadow changing the V&H to -2 (minus 2)

Hide the white background layer

Unhide the white background layer
Duplicate the Merged layer
Rename the original Encircle
Rename the copy Image
Resize the Image layer to 85%, all layers unchecked

Choose the Encircle preset with these settings:

Resize this layer to 75%, all layers unchecked

Duplicate the Encircle layer

Use the default settings BUT set the Blue channel to 0
Repeat the Porcelain again
