Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X9 but any version will do
Tube of Choice
Fonts of Choice – I used Trouble Font & Cervanttis
MuRa’s Meister – Copies
Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
GothicMask7 and Mask12 by Tonya
Time Is Beautiful by Foxy’s Designz

I used the awesome artwork of Anna Liwanag
You can purchase her work and a license from CDO
Please do not use Anna’s work without purchasing a license first.

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 550 x 550 and flood fill with white
Open Frame3 and resize to 400 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Top Frame
Open Frame1 and resize to 500 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Bottom Frame
Move Bottom Frame below Top Frame on your layer palette

Activate Bottom Frame
Open Element22 and resize to 25%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Middle Frame
Effects, Plugins, MuRa’s Meister – Copies
Choose the Encircle preset with these settings:

Activate Top Frame
Select your Magic Wand with these settings:
Mode: Add (shift) / Match Mode: RGB Value / Tolerance & Feather: 0 / Contiguous & Anti-Alias: Checked
Click inside Top Frame
Selections, Modify, Expand by 3 pixels
Activate Middle Frame and press delete
Keep Selected

Open Paper2, copy and paste as a new layer – rename Frame Fill
Selections, Invert and press delete
Selections, None
Move Frame Fill below the Bottom Frame layer

With Frame Fill the active layer
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer – rename Tube
Position where it looks best within the Frames
Duplicate and on the original – change the blend mode to Luminance (Legacy)
On the copy – Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 8
Change the blend mode to Hard Light
Activate Frame Fill again
Selections, All, Float, Defloat, Invert
Press delete on both Tube and Copy of Tube layers
Selections, None

Activate Top Frame
Open Element9 and resize to 500 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Leaves
Position where it looks best, I placed mine across the top of the Frame
Duplicate and on the copy, change the blend mode to Multiply
On the Original, add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V&H: 2 / Opacity: 65 / Blur: 4.95 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked
Apply the same drop shadow to all 3 frame layers

Crop your canvas to 550 x 550
Increase the canvas size to 650 x 650, central placement selected
Activate the background layer
Open a paper of choice – I used Paper4
Resize to 650 pixels
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Mask 1
Layers, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask from Disk
Look for TBT_GothicMask7 or mask of choice
Source luminance, Fit to layer and Hide all mask: Checked
Layers, Merge, Merge Group
Resize to 90%, all layers unchecked

Open another paper of choice – I used Paper7
Resize to 650 pixels
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Mask 2
Layers, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask from Disk
Look for TBT_Mask12 or mask of choice
Source luminance, Fit to layer and Hide all mask: Checked
Layers, Merge, Merge Group
Apply the mask again with the same settings
Layers, Merge, Merge Group
Resize to 90%, all layers unchecked

Activate Leaves layer, which should be your top layer
Select your text tool and choose a bold font – I used Trouble Font
Set your foreground to Black, background set to null
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Type out your text of choice – I wrote ‘ANGELIC’
Position along the base of the frames
DO NOT CONVERT TO RASTER
Duplicate and on the copy – Convert to text
Rename Text 1 Outline

Activate the original
Click the + on your layer palette
Right click on the indented layer and select Properties
Turn off the stroke, set the fill to a color of choice
Click OK and convert to raster
Rename Text 1 Fill
Activate Text 1 Outline and add the same drop shadow as used before

Select your text tool again and choose another font, I used Cervanttis
Set your foreground to null, background to a color of choice
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Add your name and position where it looks best
When happy, convert to raster
Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Add the same drop shadow

Add your artists copyrights, scrap credits and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Crop away any excess canvas
Save as a jpg/png
All Done
