Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X9 but any version will do
Tube/s of Choice
Font of Choice – I used Unicorn Calligraphy
Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
Mask 20 by Me
IB CartoonPink Jan2019 BT kit by Chaos Priestess

I used the awesome artwork of Cuddly Rigor Mortis
You can purchase her work and a license from CDO
Please do not use Kristin’s work without purchasing a license first.

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 550 x 550 and flood fill with grey #C0C0C0
Open El12 and resize to 500 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename BG
Open a paper of choice – I used Paper3
Resize to 550 pixels
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Mask
Move below the BG layer
Layers, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask from Disk
Look for JustFi_Mask020 or mask of choice
Source lumiance, Fit to layer and Hide all mask: Checked
Layers, Merge, Merge Group
Activate the BG layer and change the blend mode to Luminance (Legacy)
Reduce the opacity to 65

Open Frame1 and resize to 350 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Frame
Image, Free Rotate, Left by 12 degrees
Grab your Magic Wand with these settings:
Mode: Add (shift) / Match Mode: RGB Value / Tolerance & Feather: 0 / Contiguous & Anti-Alias: Checked
Select inside the Frame
Selections, Modify, Expand by 3 pixels
Add a new raster layer and name it Frame Back
Open another paper of choice – I used Paper6
Copy and paste into the selection
Keep Selected
Move Frame Back below the Frame layer
Activate BG – Selections, Promote Selection to Layer
Selections, None
Move the Promoted Selection above Frame Back
Change the blend mode to Soft Light
Rename Frame Back BG

Open El20 and resize to 300 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Paper
Image, Free Rotate, Right by 12 degrees
Move below the Frame Back layer
Position to the right side of your frame where it looks best
Add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V: 2 / H: 3 / Opacity: 65 / Blur: 6.93 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Activate the Frame layer
Open El15 and resize to 400 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Ribbon
Position along the left edge of the Frame
Add the same drop shadow as just used
You need to make sure you have gaps so you can weave the ribbon round the frame
This is a closeup of how mine was

Grab your Freehand Selection tool with these settings:
Selection type: Point to point / Mode: Add (shift) / Feather & Smoothing: 0 / Anti-Alias: Checked
Select the areas of the Ribbon you want BEHIND the frame

Selections, Promote Selection to Layer
On the original Ribbon layer – press delete
Selections, None
On the Promoted Selection – rename Low Ribbon
Move this layer below the Frame layer

Activate the Ribbon layer
Open El19 and resize to 250 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Leaf
Position at the bottom right side of the Frame
Add the same drop shadow

Open El17 and resize to 275 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Flower
Position over the Leaf where it looks best
Add the same drop shadow

Activate the Low Ribbon layer
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer – rename Tube 1
Position where it looks best, I only wanted the Mushroom
Resize if required, I left mine at 100%
Add the same drop shadow
Erase any tube that is outside the frame at the bottom
I selected the area to be delete

Selections, None

Grab your Selection Tool with these settings:
Selection type: Rectangle / Mode: Add (Shift) / Feather: 0 / Anti-Alias: Checked
Select part of the tube you want in front on the Leaf and Flowers

Selections, Promote Selection to Layer
On the original layer, press delete
Selections, None
Rename the Promoted Selection Tube 1 Top
Move above the Flowers layer

Activate the Ribbon layer again
Copy and paste your second tube as a new layer – rename Tube 2
Resize if required, I resized mine to 35%, all layers unchecked
Position where it looks best
When happy, add the same drop shadow

Delete the Grey background layer
Crop away all excess canvas
Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Paste as a new layer – Layers, Arrange, Send to Bottom
Rename Bottom

Image, Increase Canvas Size to 650 x 650, central placement selected
Working on Bottom
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 9
Duplicate and rename the copy – Top
Layers, Arrange, Bring to Top
Effects, Plugins, Xero – Simplicity

Change the blend mode to Overlay and reduce the opacity to 63

Select your text tool and choose a font – I used Unicorn Calligraphy
Set your foreground to null, background to a color of choice
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Add your name and position where it looks best
When happy, convert to raster
Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Add the same drop shadow BUT reduce the opacity to 50

Add your artists copyrights, scrap credits and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Crop away any excess canvas
Save as a jpg/png
All Done
