Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X9 but any version will do
Animation Shop
Tube of Choice
Font of Choice – I used A Bite
Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
Mask_0005 & Mask_0022 by Vivienne
Animation pkg407 by Rebel Dezigns – I used Ani1223
IB_AnnaMarine_66-2 by Curious Creative Dreams

I used the awesome artwork of Anna Marine
You can purchase her work and a license from CDO
Please do not use Anna’s work without purchasing a license first.

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 550 x 550 and flood fill with White #FFFFFF
Open Fra2 and resize to 400 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer and rename Frame
Duplicate and on the original – Adjust, Blur Gaussian Blur – radius set to 5

Activate the White Background
Open a paper of choice – I used Pap3
Resize to 550 pixels
Copy and paste as a new layer
Layers, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask from Disk
Look for Mask_DFly_0022 or Mask of choice
Source luminance, Fit to layer and Hide all mask: Checked
Layers, Merge, Merge Group
Rename Mask 1

Activate the White Background layer again
Add a new raster layer and flood fill with black #000000
Layers, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask from Disk
Look for Mask_0005_DFly or Mask of choice
Source luminance, Fit to layer and Hide all mask: Checked
Layers, Merge, Merge Group
Rename Mask 2
Resize by 90%, all layers unchecked

Grab your Magic Wand with these settings:
Mode: Add (shift) / Match Mode: RGB Value / Tolerance & Feather: 0 / Contiguous & Anti-Alias: Checked
Activate Copy of Frame and click inside
Selections, Modify, Expand by 3 pixels
Activate your white background and press delete
Activate Mask 2 and press delete
Activate Mask 1 , Selections, Promote Selection to Layer
On the original layer, press delete
Rename the Promoted Selection – Frame Mask 1
Add a new raster layer, rename Frame Fill
Flood fill with Black
Move this layer below Frame Mask 1
Selections, None
On Frame Mask 1, change the blend mode to Luminance (Legacy)

With Frame Mask 1 the active layer
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer – rename Tube
Position where it looks best within the Frame
Duplicate and on the copy, apply the same Gaussian Blur as used on the Frame
Change the blend mode to Overlay
Activate Frame Fill – Selections, All, Float, Defloat, Invert
Press delete on both tube layers
Selections, None

Open ele5
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Button
Position on the left side of the frame
You only want some visible to the left of the frame
Erase any Button you can see INSIDE the Frame
Move down below Frame Fill

Open ele11
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Heart
Position on trhe right side of the frame
Again you only want some of the heart visible
Erase any Heart you can see INSIDE the Frame
Move below the Frame Fill layer
Add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V: 2 / H: 6 / Opacity: 65 / Blur: 14.85 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Activate Copy of Frame
Open ele4 and resize to 50%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Flowers
Position on the bottom left side of the Frame
Add the same drops shadow as just used on the Heart layer

Open ele7
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Lock
Position where it looks best on the Frame
Add the same drop shadow
Grab your Selection Tool with these settings:
Selection type: Rectangle / Mode: Add (Shift) / Feather: 0 / Anti-Alias: Checked
Select part of the loop so it appears to be threaded through the Frame

Selections, Promote Selection to Layer
On the original – press delete
Selections, None
On the Promoted Selection, rename Lock Low
Move this layer below the Copy of Frame

Activate the Lock layer, which should be the top layer
Select your text tool and choose a font – I used: A Bite
Set your foreground to null, background to a color of choice
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Add your name and position where it looks best
When happy, convert to raster and duplicate
On the original – Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 2
On the copy, add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V&H: 2 / Opacity: 65 / Blur: 4.95 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Add your artists copyrights, scrap credits and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Hide the white background and crop away any excess canvas
Save as a jpg/png

To Animate
Activate Frame Fill
Layers, View, Current Only
Unhide Frame Mask 1
Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Open up Animation Shop (AS)
Edit, Paste as a new animation
Open your animation of choice
Duplicate your tag so it has the same number of frames as your animation

On your animation – Edit, Select All, Copy
On your Tag – Edit, Select All, Paste into current frame
Position where it looks best
This is where I placed mine

Back to PSP
Activate Tube – Layers, View, Current Only
Unhide Copy of Tube
Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Over to AS – Edit, Paste as a new animation
Duplicate so it has the same number of frame as your tag
Edit, Select All, Copy
On your Tag – Edit, Select All, Paste in current frame and line it up where it should be
Copy and paste your animation again if you want it in front of the tube too
This is what I have now

Back to PSP
Layers, View, All
Now hide: Frame Fill, Frame Mask 1, Tube and Copy of Tube
Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Over to AS – Edit, Paste as a new animation
Duplicate so it has the same number of frame as your tag
Edit, Select All, Copy
On your Tag – Edit, Select All, Paste in current frame and line it up where it should be
Save as a gif file
All Done
