Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 650 x 250 and flood fill with grey #929292
Open Elements (27)
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Flower 1
Position on the left so the top rose is mostly on the canvas
You want a gap between the rose and the left canvas edge

Duplicate and rename the copy Flower 2
Image, Free Rotate, 90 degrees to the Right
Move over to the right, leaving a gap between the rose and the right edge of the canvas

Activate Flower 1 and add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V&H: 5 / Opacity: 46 / Blur: 7.92 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked
Add the same drop shadow to Flower 2

Open Elements (26)
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Flower 3
Position between Flower 1 and Flower 2
Add the same drop shadow as used on the previous Flower layers

Open Elements (17)
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Flower 4
Image, Free Rotate, 90 degrees to the Right
Position overlapping Flower 3 so you can still see part of Flower 1

Add the same drop shadow

Duplicate and rename the copy Flower 5
Resize to 65%, all layers Unchecked
Position in the bottom left corner (in the gap we left)

Activate the grey background layer
Open Elements (30) and resize to 65%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Flower 6
Position in the bottom right corner (again in the gap)
Add the same drop shadow

Activate the grey background layer again
Open Elements (29)
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Bottle
Position above (& behind) Flower 6

Activate the grey background layer again
Open a paper of choice and resize to 650 pixels – I used Papers (10)
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename BG 1
Open another paper of choice and resize to 650 pixels – I used Papers (7)
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename BG 2
Change the blend mode to Overlay

Open Elements (1) and resize to 65%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Candles 1
Position where you want the Candles
Duplicate and on the copy – Adjust, Hue & Saturation, Colorize
H: 147 / S: 0
Now with your eraser tool, carefully erase just the flames of the copy
Layers, Merge, Merge Down
Add the same drop shadow
Duplicate and rename the copy Candles 2
Erase any candles that you don’t want

Activate the top layer
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer – rename Tube
Resize if needed, I left mine at 100%
Position where you want the tube
Duplicate and on the original – Add the same drop shadow as used throughout
On the copy – Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 10
Change the blend mode to Overlay

Crop the canvas to 650 x 250
This will get rid of everything that you can’t see off canvas
Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Paste as a new layer – rename Top
Adjust, Hue & Saturation, Colorize
H: 147 / S: 0
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 15
Layers, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask from Disk
Look for RD_Mask697 or mask of choice
Source luminance, Fit to layer and Hide all mask: Checked
Layers, Merge, Merge Group
Change the blend mode to Overlay

Add a new raster layer and flood fill with Black – rename Frame
Selections, All, Contract by 2 pixels
Press Delete
Contract by 2 pixels again and flood fill with black again
Contract by 2 pixels again and press delete
Selections, None

Select your text tool and choose a font – I used Brolly Fight Bold
Set your foreground to null, background to a color of choice
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Add your name and position where it looks best
When happy, convert to raster
Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Add the same drop shadow as used throughout

Add your artists copyrights, scrap credits and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Save as jpg/png

To Animate
Activate BG 1
Layers, View, Current Only
Unhide BG 2 as well
Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Open Animation Shop (AS)
Edit, Paste as a new Animation
Staying in AS
Open your animation of choice – I used Ani1346 (from pkg448)
If needed, resize your animation, I resized mine to 50%
Duplicate your tag so it has the same number of frames as the animation
On your animation – Edit, Select All, Copy
On your tag – Edit Select All, Paste into current Frame
Position where you want it, I placed mine on the left
I then pasted again and placed on the right

I also added Ani1348 (from the same pkg)
Again I resized this to 50% and placed in the middle of the canvas

Back to PSP
Layers, View, All
Hide Grey Background, BG 1, BG 2 and Mask layers
Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Over to AS – Paste as a new Animation
Duplicate this so it has the same number of frames as your tag
Edit, Select All, Copy
On your tag – Edit, Select All, Paste into current Frame
Line it up so the edges are where they should be

At this point, I added Ani1346 again in the bottom corner
When happy
Save as a gif file
All Done
