Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 550 x 550 and flood fill with Grey #929292
Open ele28 and resize to 50%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Flower 1
Position down and to the left slightly

Duplicate and on the copy – Image, Mirror
Rename the copy Flower 2
Add a drop shadow of choice to both, I used:
V: 2 / H: 7 / Opacity: 25 / Blur: 7.92 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Open ele27 and resize to 50%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename BG 1
Move this layer below your Flower 1 and 2 layers
Position over to the right a little

Adjust, Blur, Radial Blur

Duplicate and rename BG 2

On BG 2 – Image, Mirror
And duplicate again
On the original BG 2
Effects, Texture Effects, Mosaic – Antique

On the Copy of BG 2
Change the blend mode to Overlay and reduce the opacity to 50
Now repeat this on BG 1

Activate Copy of BG 2, this should be directly below Flower 1
Open ele12 and resize to 450 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Cloud
Position between the Flowers and the BG layers where it looks best
Change the blend mode to Screen

Activate Flower 1
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer – rename Tube
Resize if needed, I resized to 65%, all layers Unchecked
Position so it’s between the flowers
Duplicate and on the original, add the same drop shadow as used before
On the copy – Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 10
Change the blend mode to Soft Light

Delete the grey background layer
Crop away any excess canvas

Set your foreground to null, background to a color of choice
Place your cursor over the edge of the vector shape
When you get a +A) or +T) symbol, click and add your text of choice – I wrote ‘Almost an Angel’
