Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X9 but any version will do
Tube of Choice
Font of Choice – I used Feather
Eye Candy 5: Impact – Glass
Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
BigMask001 by Vix
IB-AnnaLiwanag-June2016-BT by LHD Scraps

I used the awesome artwork of Steve Baier
You can purchase her work and a license from CDO
Please do not use Anna’s work without purchasing a license first.

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 550 x 550 and flood fill with Grey #AAAAAA
Open Ele29 and resize to 65%, repeat the resize again with the same settings
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Sand

Open Ele3 and resize to 65%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Cluster
Position on the sand where it looks best
Add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V: 2 / H: 4 / Opacity: 41 / Blur: 6.93 / Color: #343434 / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Open Ele34 and resize to 65%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Buoy
Move below the Sand and Cluster layers where it looks best
Add the same drop shadow

Open Ele12 and resize to 65%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Wave
Position so the splash part is in front of the Buoy
You want the rest lower than the bottle on the Cluster

Erase the part to the right of the Cluster
I have selected the area to be deleted in this screen shot

Activate the Grey background layer
Open Ele8 and resize to 45%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Greenery
Position where it looks best behind the Buoy
Add the same drop shadow

Activate the Grey background again
Copy and paste a paper of choice – I used Paper1
Position so part fills the Buoy
Using your selection tool with these settings:
Selection type: Point to point / Mode: Add (shift) / Feather & Smoothing: 0 / Anti-Alias: Checked
Select round the Buoy

Selections, Invert and press delete
Selections, None
Rename this layer Buoy BG

Activate the Cluster layer – this should be the top layer
Copy and paste your tube of choice as a new layer – rename Tube
Resize if needed, I resized to 65%, all layers Unchecked
Add the same drop shadow

Activate the Grey background again
Add a new raster layer – rename it Mask 1
Selections, All
Copy and paste a paper of choice into the selection – I used Paper3
Selections, None
Layers, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask from Disk
Look for Vix_BigMask001 or mask of choice
Source luminance, Fit to layer and Hide all mask: Checked
Layers, Merge, Merge Group
Resize to 90%, all layers Unchecked
Move up a little on the canvas
Erase any mask you can see below the Sand

Activate the Grey background again
Add a new raster layer – rename it Mask 2
Selections, All
Copy and paste a paper of choice into the selection – I used Paper4
Selections, None
Layers, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask from Disk
Look for Vix_BigMask001 or mask of choice
Source luminance, Fit to layer and Hide all mask: Checked
Layers, Merge, Merge Group
Resize to 90%, all layers Unchecked
Press Shift + G to open the Gamma Correction
Set all 3 value to 0.42

Adjust, Add/Remove Noise, Add Noise
Uniform & Monochrome: Checked / Noise: 15%

Activate the top layer
Select your text tool and choose a font – I used Feather
Set your foreground to null, background to a color of choice
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Add your name and position where it looks best
When happy, convert to raster
Effects, 3D Effects, Inner Bevel

Duplicate and on the copy – Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 5: Impact – Glass

Change the blend mode to Screen and reduce the opacity to 46
On the original layer – Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Add the same drop shadow as used throughout

Add your artists copyrights, scrap credits and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Delete the Grey background layer
Crop away any excess canvas
Save as a jpg/png
All Done 🙂
